- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within USA. If you are outside this area, please contact us to inquire about possible options.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500. This offer applies to orders within USA.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays due to weather, high order volume, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out to our support team for assistance with delayed shipments.
6. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once they are shipped. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@smartytechgear.com with photos and details of the damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
